Appointment Deposits and Cancellations

All appointment deposits and service fees are non-refundable.

When you book an appointment with Windflower Piercing Studio, you are required to pay a deposit or service fee. This fee reserves your specific appointment time and represents our commitment to holding that time slot exclusively for you. By reserving your time slot, we turn away other potential clients who could have filled that appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Appointment deposits are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Service fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward jewelry purchases.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel appointments for any reason we deem necessary.

Jewelry and Product Returns

All jewelry is sold and shipped in sealed packaging. Due to the risk of infectious disease, we cannot accept any returned jewelry or aftercare products. This is non-negotiable.

In-Studio Purchases

Piercings and jewelry sold in the studio are absolutely not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This policy exists for health and safety reasons. Once jewelry has been handled or opened, it cannot be resold or reused for another client due to the risk of cross-contamination and infectious disease.

If you are unsure of the size, material, or color of a piece of jewelry and would like more information prior to purchasing it, please reach out to us:

Our knowledgeable staff can help you select the perfect jewelry for your piercing, including:

  • Proper sizing for your anatomy

  • Material options (titanium, gold, etc.)

  • Color and style preferences

  • Compatibility with your piercing type and healing stage

Installed or Purchased Jewelry

All jewelry that has been installed in a piercing or has left the studio is absolutely non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Once jewelry has been installed or taken from our studio, it cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations regarding infectious disease control. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please consult with our staff before purchase)

  • Damage or defects discovered after leaving the studio

  • Any other reason

We strongly encourage you to ask questions and verify your jewelry selection with our knowledgeable staff before installation or purchase.
